As I got older, the idea of quality basics became more and more appealing. While the cheap tag was a priority during my college years and early 20s, I’m now concerned with the feel and build of things. Based in Los Angeles, the brand specializes in enhanced basics in minimalist color palettes with a trendy edge. Almost everything on the site is under $200, and that’s where you can find almost every element of your wardrobe, from jewelry to shoes and coats. While it’s on IG, the brand hasn’t reached the point of becoming a household name like Madewell or Everlane, which still leaves a bit of a mystery.
