‘I feel like me again’ – struggling vets in the military are helping to overcome driver shortage

Four years later, when his sons start school, Daniel wants to go back to work. His partner had heard about Veterans of Logistics, and while he was having a hard time asking for help, Daniel decided to email them. After passing the medical, theoretical and driving test in 2021, Daniel is now a qualified HGV driver and has a job working for a national dairy company.
