You can’t immediately go to your local pet supplier in Harvestella to pick up the chicken (Cluffowl) and goat (Woolum) equivalents in the game. You really need to progress through the plot a bit to unlock those two types of animals. Yes, you can buy eggs and milk in advance from different suppliers. But it takes a bit of effort to add both to your farm.
First, you’ll need to play through the second chapter of Harvestella. This will take you to the first Seaslight dungeon in Higan Gorge. This one will be on the east side. If you turn right and go in that direction, you should be able to find a path at the end of the road. Doing so will cause the Lethe Village Conellu Emporium to open.
Initially, Conellu Emporium will not sell any pets in Harvestella. Instead it will only give a Clufffowl Feed for 100 Grilla, Wool Feed for 100 Grilla, Feed Manufacturer’s Recipe 200 Grilla and 4,000 Grilla Totokaku rack. (Totokaku is basically Harvestella equivalent to a horse.)
However, after making some additional investments, you can start buying both types of creatures. The Harvestella Renovator charges 5,000 Grilla for a Clufffowl Pen and 6,500 for a Woolum, and you’ll also need five pieces of Hard Rock and five pieces of Lumber for each. Initially, you can hold three animals of each type in a pen. Once you have the pen, the Conellu Emporium will start selling animals that can use it. So if you build a Cluffowl pen, you can buy one of those birds for 500 Grilla. If you bought a Woolum, you can buy a Woolum for 900 Grilla.
When you bring the cattle in Harvestella, you will need to take care of them just like you would in any farming sim. You feed them to take care of them and petting them every day will make them like you more.
