“He’ll be a kind soon,” Pickerrell continued. “He has a lot of class and is very progressive in training. He is an easy horse to get along with. I feel that no matter where he ends up, he will be an asset to their program. .

“We stepped up and spent a little on him,” Pickerell said. “He’s checked all the boxes. We’ve been very lucky with newborn stallions, and he’s an exceptional mare, which is a rarity for a 2-year-old. He has everything: He looks like a horse that can handle the 2-year-old sales process, he’s lived up to those expectations and he’s been well received here.
“With that pedigree, there’s also some international interest,” added Pickerrell. “We think he’s a dirt horse, and there’s definitely a demand for dirt ponies. He’s a good fit for a lot of people’s shows, so we’re excited.”
