Nippon Ichi has released a GrimGrimoire OnceMore trailers, introducing key characters and gameplay. The gameplay shown in the trailer involves the use of Family, which the protagonist can summon with Runes. These units can be controlled and moved throughout individual areas. The trailer introduces several different types of Acquaintances that can be summoned. [Thanks, Famitsu!]
In addition, this GrimGrimoire OnceMore The trailer offers a look at the combat. Acquaintances are seen moving through the areas, battling the hordes of enemies that block their way. This is an aspect of GrimGrimoirewhere players will need to take over their opponent’s base or survive waves of enemies. Character shown in the trailer include Advocat, Opalnaria Rain and Gammel Dore. Each of these characters is an important character at the Magic Academy where protagonist Lillet Blan attends.

GrimGrimoire OnceMore there will be some Quality of life features. This includes the inclusion of a “fast forward” function and the option to save mid-battle. Also, adjustments have been made to the Difficulty difficulty to make it even more difficult in this release.
GrimGrimoire OnceMore will release for Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 on July 28, 2022, in Japan. An international release has yet to be announced.
