Godiva Japan announced to sell JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure– themed chocolates for a limited time. Special chocolates are being produced to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Godiva Japan and the 10th anniversary JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure anime. Godiva stores nationwide and the company’s online store will sell the confectionery between November 1, 2022 and January 5, 2023. Three different JJBA Godiva chocolate set will be produced in limited quantity. All three sets will contain chocolates featuring the main characters of the series, with both regular and chocolate-filled versions of each character. Jonathan Joestar, Joseph Joestar and Jotaro Kujo will be printed on dark chocolate pieces. Meanwhile, Josuke Higashikata, Giorno Giovanna and Jolyne Cujoh will be shown on milk chocolate. For chocolate filling, Jonathan’s will have dark chocolate, Joseph will have cherry filling, and Jotaro will have coffee filling. Josuke’s will be filled with custard, Giorno’s with caramel, and Jolyne’s with milk chocolate. In addition, one of the sets will also contain chocolates shaped like items that play a key role in each season of the anime. You can check out each set below.
The first set will cost 4,320 yen (~$29) and includes 12 chocolates. Stone Mask, Aja Redstone, handprint, anchor mark, ladybug icon and butterfly icon will be included in this set. All six item pieces will be made of white chocolate, with a blood orange handprint, a lemon flavored anchor and a purple sweet potato flavored butterfly icon. The full version of the character chocolates will round out the set.
The second and third set of chocolates will only contain character chocolates. The second set will cost 1,620 yen (~$11) and is full of chocolates, while the third set will cost 864 yen (~$6) and come in plain. Only the third set will be sold at convenience stores.
Godiva Japan JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure The chocolates will be available from November 1, 2022 to January 5, 2023, or while stocks last. The JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure anime is available to stream in full on Netflix. The final set of season six episodes, Stone Ocean, will release on the streaming site on December 1, 2022.
