As mentioned, the song is an example of Chinese opera, with Yang yang provided vocals for Yun Jin. Yang Yang is her voice in all languages of The Genshin effect. “Devastation and Redemption” is the only track on the album “Fleeting Colors in Flight” and it debuted in Version 2.4. You can hear it in-game at the end of the Archon Quest End Chapter.

MiHoYo recently posted a videotapes details the creative process behind Yun Jin. In the video, the staff mentioned that they invited Chinese opera singer Yang Yang and the unique challenge of having two people voice the same character. Yun Jin debuted in version 2.4 with Shenhe, the main character of the medley “The crane returns in the wind”.
