Forward of the twenty-second anniversary of the Srebrenica bloodbath – the biggest atrocity on European soil since World Battle II – United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres urged all to “look actually” on the previous, acknowledge the crimes and the inaction that allowed them to happen and be sure that such atrocities are by no means repeated.
