Four ‘Joseline’s Cabaret’ dancers file $25 million lawsuit against Joseline Hernandez for assault and battery
Four women and former ‘Joseline’s Cabaret’ dancers want a response, for a situation they say has escalated into assault and a fight. The women have filed a lawsuit against reality TV star Joseline Hernandez over an altercation that occurred while filming the show’s reunion episode in March. According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the women hope to collect a $25 million payment for the encounter.

According to the records, the dancers believe Joseline ambushed them during the recording. Apparently, the dancers said they wore heels to the reunion, while Joseline wore hard-soled shoes. Then all hell broke loose: kicking, hair pulling, shoving and threats – and the women said it all came from Joseline.
March, Shade room reported on this very incident. At the time, actress Amber Ali went live on Instagram with her story. Speaking from her hospital bed, Amber revealed she sought emergency care after Joseline “kicked” her, causing bruising on her ribs. She also said that Joseline’s fiancé Ballistic joined the fight and “ripped [her] hair cutting [her] head.” Amber later clarified her intentions to press charges in an additional Instagram Live after she was discharged from the hospital.
“I see I took your b*tch down, but yo b*tch is still charging at me, attacking steadily, just kicking the sh*t off me. When Joseline kicked me, Ballistic was like, “Yeah, Amber, you keep running up and she keeps doing it so yo a**, she’ll drop again.”
Joseline Hernandez’s past tweets reflect the lawsuits
Not long after Amber’s accusations went viral online, Joseline jumped on Twitter to appear to confirm the incident. However, rather than apologetic in her admission, Joseline seems to describe the melee with a hint of remorse.
“I killed kombat one h*e, pimp slapped another,” Joseline tweeted. “Pushed someone on last night’s episode. Kick the ground a few times. I slapped the fire out of everyone on that stage. Me and my crew look forward to it. ”
In that tweet alone, Joseline confirmed the majority of the lawsuit’s claims. And that’s just one of a string of now-deleted tweets Joseline appears to have written about the situation. In another she wrote “one hit you flew the next day” and in a follow-up she claimed anyone who signed up for a reality show could not sue “anyone in the program.”
Joseline And Joint Statement on Ballistic Missile Release Complaint
Later, following a statement by show network Zeus condemning bullying and violence, Joseline released a joint statement with Ballistics. And her tone in the release gave it a sort of ‘I talked to my lawyer’ vibe – a total of 360 degrees from her first tweets.
“We are deeply saddened by the accusations made against our family at Joseline’s Cabaret Reunion. Joseline is the mother of a five-year-old girl and would never take any action that would endanger her family,” the statement read. “Joseline’s Cabaret was created on the basis of women’s empowerment. One of our programs that takes its raw value is to support women, not break them.”
Later in the statement, the couple agreed with Zeus‘ message against “bullying, unprovoked violence and men attacking women”. But, they denied those “themes” were related in any way to the rotation of the reunion show. The statement assures readers of the existing “background of events” that will make their position “clear”.
The law firm has confirmed the plan to sue before
Amber responded to Joseline’s statement with one written by her legal team. Her team described the incident at the show’s taping as “horrific, unacceptable, and far removed from any notion of women’s empowerment.” The statement then also prompted Zeus Network to say that it should “ensure the safety and security of its members.”
About a week after Amber’s initial testimony, Shade room reported exclusive details of a heated lawsuit against Joseline and Ballistic. Amber and the other members, Re Re O’Dell, Lexi Blow and Henny, hired the same legal team at Adeife & Rabii for their case. Initially, these women were looking for up to 30 million.
