If you want to avoid the crowds of summer tourists in London, there are also plenty of business class fares that drop markedly during spring, autumn and winter.

Currently, there are many discounted business class flights from Boston, Chicago and New York to London; you can fly to London anytime from late spring to winter this year and find a good business class deal. While the three major US airlines have cheaper business class fares to London, we found that Icelandair has the most seats.
Here are some flights we’ve flagged:
- Icelandic airlines: Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) to London Gatwick Airport (LGW), starting at $1,900 (including transit time in Reykjavik).
- Icelandic airlines: Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) to LGW, prices start at $2,042 (including transit time in Reykjavik).
- Icelandic airlines: O’Hare International Airport (ORD) to LGW, prices start at $2,256 (including transit time in Reykjavik).
- Gas language: BOS to LHR, starting at $2,146 (including transit fees in Dublin).

We recommend using Google Flights to determine availability and then book your flight on the airline’s website; Direct flight booking is more reliable if your flight is canceled, delayed or has booking changes.
Finding a good business class deal to London is just a matter of turning around the date on Google Flights. We’ve found that April and May, along with September through December, have a lot of business class fares under $2,000. If you want to visit London in the summer – one of the most popular times of the year – fares are usually under $2,500.

For example, if you’re flying from one of New York’s three major airports to London, Google Flights shows some business class fares for June and July as low as $2,101.
Let’s say you decide to fly from New York on June 20. In that case, Google Flights gives you two options: an Icelandair flight that departs from Newark and has a stopover in Reykjavik, and an Icelandair flight. The slightly more expensive United also departs from Newark but has no stops .
Let’s say you don’t want to deal with a transit, so you choose a United flight. The airline also offers a return flight from London with fares in the range of $2,500.
Keep in mind that fares can change quite often—especially if it’s a good deal. At the time of publication, we see that the price of United’s fares to London for the week of June 20 has increased from $2,434 to $2,576, which is still a pretty solid deal, but it’s a bit more expensive. .
In addition, fare differences may appear on Google Flights due to the availability of third-party booking sites. In this case, Google Flights shows United’s business class ticket to London for $2,335, but that’s only if you book your flight with a third-party site.

However, we recommend getting these tickets as quickly as possible, as fares can change frequently.
