The new one FGO The Chaldea Cooking series is the result of a partnership between Aniplex and Cookpad, a recipe sharing platform. Every day from 7-11 February 2022, a special site will be updated with a new recipe made by Cookpad based on one of the Valentine’s Craft Essences from the game.
In FGO In a word, Craft Essence is a piece of equipment that can be assigned to one’s Servants prior to battle. It will increase their stats or add different effects. Each event adds new Craft Essences and Valentine’s Day themed events featuring art and flavor text depicting the special chocolate given and received by the characters.
The first recipe shared by FGO Chaldea Cooking is based on a Valentine’s Day gift from the fan-favorite Rider-class Servant Astolfo. Called Rabbit Cute Chocolate, the recipe produces a pair of chocolate mugs featuring sweet bunnies. Check out the video for the recipe below.
The recipe mainly uses white and dark chocolate for rabbits. Food coloring is used for the heart. To make up the bulk of each rabbit’s structure, a slice of Castella is chopped and shaped into the rabbit’s heads and ears, then covered with a chocolate coating.
FGO Chaldea Cooking will update daily from February 7-11, 2022. The Fate / Grand Order Valentine’s Day event in Japan is happening and adding a new Servant based on Fate / Hollow Ataraxia heroine Bazett. Fate / Grand Order itself is available on iOS and Android devices.
