Aniplex and Lasengle are hosting Fate / Grand Order at Anime Expo 2022, but fans who were unable to attend will have a place to go to celebrate the game’s upcoming Fifth Anniversary. There? “Metaverse”. Especially Fate / Grand Order The Metaverse virtual space opened on July 1, 2022, allowing fans to view some of the attractions on their PC or mobile device.

It should be pointed out that this is merely a 3D virtual space and despite recent associations with the term “Metaverse”, has no connection to NFT, blockchain projects or cryptocurrencies. Storage application Cluster is a “social VR” app similar to the popular app VRChat, allowing users to explore and gather in virtual space, with or without a VR headset.

Interested fans will need to download Cluster app for their PC or mobile device and sign up for a free account. After registering, they can access this link or tweet above to get access to Fate / Grand Order Transform the space through a nearby portal.

Entering the portal will transport the user into a space decorated like a bustling city parade. While in FGO Fifth anniversary space, users will have Cluster avatars are replaced with versions of Ritsuka Fujimaru as seen in Learn Fate / Grand Order with Manga series. There, they can walk around, engage in voice chats with other users, and even ride on Shadow Border mobile base-like carts.
The Fate / Grand Order The Metaverse has several attractions beyond the parade grounds. On one side, three portals lead to reconstructions of scenes from Universe 2, 4, and 5 in the Lostbelt stories. One scene recounts the battle against the goddess Demeter, another the battle against Surtr, and the third the player is atop Arjuna’s Vimana, overlooking the Indian Lostbelt.
The second attraction “Game Center” features a Noble Phantasm gallery, which allows the user to pick up and fire Altria’s Excalibur, Napoleon’s Arc de Triomphe, Cu Chulainn’s Gae Bolg, and Gilgamesh’s Enuma Elish. Behind the gallery is a shooting area where the user can pick up and throw Emiya’s twin swords, attacking Zouken Matou’s insect-like crested worms.
The third attraction is a short roller coaster ride set according to the opening theme of Learn Fate / Grand Order with Manga anime adaptation. The compact nature of the space means it’s a place where players can meet some neighborhood-based voice chat.
The ultimate attraction of Fate / Grand Order metaverse space is a small exhibit dedicated to the Stranger chapters, as well as the pseudo-singularities of the Phantom Remnant storyline.
The Fate / Grand Order Metaverse Space is available on PC, Mac and mobile devices via Cluster application. FGO itself is available on Android and iOS.
