Khloe talked about her hopes to give True a brother, telling SiriusXM Hits 1’s Morning Mash Up in July 2020 that while she is “completely content” with being a mother of one, she definitely wants more children. “If I get another one, that’s a blessing,” Khloe said, “but if not, I’m fine with that.”

In February 2021, the episode of KUWTKKhloe told Tristan, “True is getting old and I feel like now is the time to have another baby.”
“I’m going to need you. We have to align it with your schedule so I can make embryos with my frozen eggs,” she added. “I think I’m ready to go through the whole pregnancy again. It can take time. I don’t know. I want to be prepared.”
