ENG vs SA, Test 2, Highlights of Day 1: England prevailed against South Africa on the opening day of the second test taking place at Old Trafford Cricket Ground in Manchester. After knocking out the visitors on Day 151, England finished Day 1 at 111/3, trailing the Proteas by just 40 runs in the trees. Jonny Bairstow and Zak Crawley will continue to play on Day 2 with a score of 38 no out and 17 no out, respectively. Before that, James Anderson and Stuart Broad had each been fired three times when England beat Proteas, the team chose to beat first. (REFER)
