Defect: Technology can be cumbersome, large wheels make traveling difficult

From the editors:

Road Test Editor Zac Palmer – “When it comes to plug-in hybrids, there’s no better compact crossover option than the XC60 Recharge. I really dug into the powerful electric motor and larger battery that Volvo has made. added this year. The interior wool option is mine but I’m a bit disappointed that there aren’t as many physical buttons throughout the interior as there used to be.”

News editor Joel Stocksdale – “Despite its age, the Volvo XC60 is still a great premium SUV. It’s as handsome as ever with a clean, modern design inside and out and a great feel to it. But what really sets the XC60 apart is its available plug-in hybrid powertrain. It’s smooth and refined, and most of all, it’s still great in running mode. The range is about 35 miles that will get you most of the place in town and the healthy electric motor doesn’t give the feeling that it penalizes you for trying to be green.”

News editor Joel Stocksdale – “The Elantra N delivers the most fun you can get for your money. It’s got an eager engine with a great sounding exhaust that can switch between mellow and fierce. It has amazing traction and balance thanks to its adaptive suspension, and fools the difference. Defect: Poor fuel economy for a 911, no backseat

From the editors:

Road Test Editor Zac Palmer – “I can safely say that the 911 GT3 is my favorite car I’ve ever driven. The engine is simply a work of art at 9,000 rpm. Shifting gears with a six-speed manual transmission brings you closer to machinery and a chassis unlike any other 911 I’ve experienced. This car is worth every penny, and probably more. more, because you will most likely pay that amount in markup.”

Editorial Contributor Byron Hurd – “The 992 GT3 is the reward of a ‘perfect sports car that doesn’t exist’ meme. I’ve driven more performance cars and more comfortable GTs, but I’ll kick any of those out of the garage to have a GT3 in there. Too bad the price could also be in Monopoly money.”
