The opportunity to purchase horses owned by renowned owner and breeder Patricia Generazio will be offered through the Denali Stud consignment at Keeneland’s January All Age Horse Sale.
Generazio and her late husband Frank have been very successful in racing, raking in over US$32 million with home breeders and partnerships. In 2020, on behalf of her and Frank, Generazio received a Lifetime Achievement Award from New York Purebred Breeders for excellence in that state’s breeding program. Their most notable thoroughbred racehorses include class 1 winners precious passion and Secret Marq and many classified stake winners pure feeling and Disco partner the latter three were coached by Christophe Clement.
“The program that the Generazio have built together is remarkable and it has been an honor to represent them on the track over the past decade,” Clement said. “The quality of their program lies in the strength of the mares and their ability to produce highly competent racehorses with a limited opportunity in terms of the stallions they are bred. You can really see this in the number of successful crossbred horses they’ve campaigned for over the years. What they’ve achieved is phenomenal.”
Among the scattered activities at the Keeneland January Sale are racing/incubation prospects mischievous dream and Pure Bode , half-sister to the Pure Sensation classified multi-stakes winner with earnings of nearly $180,000. Add Doa, marquis legacy Discreet Marq’s half-sister is being offered as a pony for Disco Partner.

Keeneland’s January all-ages sale runs from January 9-12. Denali Stud will begin displaying Generazio horses, among others, on January 6.
