Dean Harrison tops TT qualifying rankings on Tuesday

Tuesday Session

The third qualifying session at Isle of Man TT Races 2022 saw many laps of 130 km/h but it was Dean Harrison (DAO Racing Kawasaki) who led the standings with 131,767 km/h.

Following Harrison was Davey Todd (Milenco of Padgett’s Motorcycles) who made a 131,655mph lap from the start before stopping in the Mountain on the second lap. Meanwhile, Peter Hickman is again the fastest in the car class, FHO Racing’s Gas Monkey Garage, hitting 130.695mph.

Rookie Glenn Irwin’s TT debut continued to flourish with a spin of 124,947mph.

Unfortunately, the non-racing medical emergency caused the session to end at 7:22 p.m. and an ambulance needed to enter the field to take care of the patient. Lessons resume just before 7:30pm for Supersport and Supertwin classes.

Supersport

Dunlop is a speed-setting racer in the 600s and his 125.386mph lap was eight seconds faster than Johnston’s second lap speed of 124.444mph. Dean Harrison (123.942mph) is third ahead of Coward (123,838mph) Hillier (122,501mph) and James Hind (121,493mph).

Newcomers Loughlin (119.077mph), Jamie Cringle (114457mph) and Aussie Rennie Scaysbrook alone (113.548mph) are all continuing to go well.

Dunlop’s second lap saw him ramp up his pace to 125,938mph with Dean Harrison advancing to second after hitting 124.817mph. Johnston, Coward and Hillier remained the same but Conor Cummins placed sixth with 121,885mph.

Sidecar

After being delayed for nearly 30 minutes due to problems with Supersport and Supertwin classes, the Sidecars were able to get on the Mountain Course for the first time since Sunday afternoon but both the time and the lights disappeared, it just went. in a round. .
