Finland’s flagship airline, Finnair, is offering discounts on round-trip flights from its network of US cities to various European destinations. Destinations in this sale include Helsinki, Vilnius, Lithuania, Riga, Latvia and Warsaw, Poland. Finnair even offers discounts on flights to Delhi, India.
Some of the prices we saw were as low as $440 round trip to Europe. This sale includes flights from six US cities including Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, Miami, New York City and Seattle.
The travel window for discounted Finnair flights runs mainly from October 2024 to February 2025, with best availability and prices in November. Most itineraries have overs scene.
This deal is for Finnair light basic economy tickets, which includes economy tickets, free carry-on baggage and personal items. Checked baggage will cost USD 70 each way.

Finnair’s website is quite user-friendly. You can search for the lowest fares by month by clicking on the “Departure: Select date” box.
You will then get a calendar view. Just arrive in the month you want to travel and start looking. The screenshot below shows prices for available flights in February from New York City to Helsinki.
Here’s a trip from John F. Kennedy International Airport to Helsinki Airport for just $446 round trip. As the calendar view above shows, you have plenty of options at this price point in February.
You can also fly from New York City to Riga Airport to visit the historic Old City of Riga in November for just $440 round-trip.
Alternatively, you can fly from JFK to DEL for less than $800 round trip. This cruise took place in February, but we also saw availability at this price point in January.
Flights from Miami to Poland cost less than $500 round-trip in the fall. We found several routes in November from Miami International Airport to Warsaw Chopin Airport for just $482 round trip, a great price.
Return flights to Lithuania are also available during this sale. You can fly from Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport to Lithuania’s Vilnius International Airport in November for $465.
This is a great deal for West Coast visitors. This journey from Los Angeles International Airport to Warsaw costs just $443 round-trip.
