Chris Cuomo reacts to CNN suspension

Chris Cuomo has responded to CNN’s indefinite suspension from work.

Cuomo was suspended after the network discovered he was heavily involved in defending his brother, former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo, against sexual misconduct allegations.

“Quick notes, the obvious,” he said on his Sirius XM show.

“I have been suspended by CNN. You know this already. I even say it hurts, it’s embarrassing, but I get it and I understand why some people feel the same way they do for what I did. I’ve apologized in the past and I mean it. That’s the last thing I want to do, is compromise any of my co-workers and do anything but help. I know they have a process that they think is important. I respect that process, so I won’t talk about this anymore. So for now, let’s go after it, and there’s a lot more work to be done on that score. “
