The National Thoroughbred Horse Racing Association (NTRA) today announced the official partners and sponsors for the 24th NTRA National Equestrian Championship (NHC), led by Caesars Entertainment, Horseshoe Las Vegas and the Network. racetrack television network (RTN) held on March 10-12, 2023.
