Climate zealots at Sunderland council have adapted their annual broadcast, a major event that attracts two million visitors a yearbecause they don’t want anything to distract from their wellness message.

Sunderland City Council is refreshing its approach to events as it looks to evolve and evolve the city’s annual program in response to resident feedback.

How many jobs has the Sunderland town council just wiped out, to score a cheap political point? How much local business and employee income has been lost because those two million airshow fans may no longer have a reason to visit?

It takes a lot of effort to put together an event like the Sunderland Airshow, nurture it over the years, to develop it into a community icon that attracts visitors from far and wide. An event where children can learn about and even meet the heroes who gave their lives to defend British territory against foreign invasion.

Now thanks to Sunderland Council, all the time and effort to build something great for the community has been cancelled, all that effort for nothing, all the hard-won was wiped out by the pen of a climate enthusiast.

In my opinion this is just a taste of the senseless economic devastation that the greens want to cause to society. Unless we convince our politicians to change course, we are inviting a green economic ball into our lives.
