Brandon Bills stops cooperating with police in investigating bowling alley fight with DaBaby

Well, it looks like Brandon Bills doesn’t have a friendly relationship with the police. Apparently, Brandon took a step back in cooperating with law enforcement regarding the infamous bowling alley scuffle with DaBaby. As previously reported, the Los Angeles Police Department responded to the fight against the virus with an investigation. Police identified Brandon as the alleged victim, and investigated DaBaby for serious crimes, such as “assault with a deadly weapon.”

According to law enforcement sources spoke to TMZ, DaniLeigh’s brother Brandon is letting the police handle their own business. Brandon’s lack of cooperation does not mean the case is over or over. However, police say it is difficult to move the case forward without the cooperation of the victim. So for now, it seems to be pausing. At this point, it is not clear why Brandon is suspending the partnership.

DaBaby and his crew battle Brandon Bills at the bowling alley

In February, DaBaby and members of his crew were seen on footage fighting with Brandon in the middle of some bowling alley. Late-night chaos erupted online as photos and videos surfaced on social platforms. Multiple shots of the fight seem to show DaBaby walking up to Brandon and throwing his first punch at the Corbin Bowl in Topanga, California.

After the punch, Brandon staggered across the bowling alley. As Brandon tried to regain his balance, DaBaby and a crew member apparently lunged at him, sending him to the ground. This was followed by a group beat-up – several male members along with DaBaby, kicked and punched Brandon. Another man grabbed the uncle for DaBaby’s infant daughter, and repeatedly pounded the lanes with his hair.

The Corbin Bowl later confirmed that DaBaby was the aggressor in the melee after reviewing their internal security footage. The facility delivered the tape to the authorities, leading to an investigation and banning DaBaby from doing business.

The aftermath of the bowling alley match

After the fight, DaniLeigh defended his brother through Instagram. She then temporarily disabled her account.

“Dammit !!!! Running up my brother on some **slick floors with 5/6 boys while he’s alone and doesn’t even touch him!!! “It’s sad and it’s sad,” said Dani. “I pray this stops now!! Bc this is my family! And I have a daughter to raise. Sad.”

The actual bowling match stemmed from a separate incident between DaBaby and DaniLeigh. Late last year, the parents were involved in a heated argument that was captured through videos and photos on social media. To protect his sister, Brandon made a number of threats directed at DaBaby, such as “let’s catch this” before the February fight.

After the fight, Brandon Bills responded with a lawsuit against the artist. Court documents say he is suing for “assault, battery, emotional distress and negligence.” The documents also say that Brandon did not fight back and was left with “physical and psychological damage, plus medical bills and lingering disability.”

It’s unclear how his lack of cooperation with police will affect Brandon’s case. This is an evolving story.
