Chairperson Joe Biden on Thursday will renews call for Congress to pass new gun restrictions – following mass shootings including murders at a Texas elementary school and a hospital in Oklahoma.

Biden will speak to the nation at 7:30 p.m. ET from the White House, which said Biden will issue a “call to action” in response to the shootings.
