Outdoor shower bed – The beleaguered home appliance retailer dropped another 14.1%, adding to several consecutive days of losses. The latest move comes after Chief Financial Officer Gustavo Arnal committed suicide on Friday. Bed Bath & Beyond said in a statement Sunday that Arnal has “musical instruments” in guiding the company through the pandemic.

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings – Shares rose 1.8% before Stifel called the carrier a “long-term buying opportunity”.

FedEx – Transportation shares fell 1.5% after Citi downgraded the stock to neutral do not buy and lowered its price target, citing pressure on earnings per share growth this year.

Transocean – Shares rose 3.4% after BTIG upgraded oil services stock to buy from neutral, saying foreign drillers should improve their balance sheets thanks to better daily prices.

Dropbox – Shares rose 1.7% after Bank of America began reporting on a file storage and sharing service with a buy rating, saying that generating strong free cash flow would be attractive to shareholders.

CVS Health – CVS is acquires home health company Signify Health in an $8 billion transaction, the two companies said. Shares of CVS rose 0.6% in pre-market trading; Signify is down 0.2%.

Volkswagen – Volkswagen is intends to list the Porsche sports car brand in its initial public offering by the end of the year, this could be one of the biggest listings in the world this year.

Anheuser-Busch InBev – Budweiser maker increased 2.4% after HSBC upgrades Belgian brewer for acquisitionsaid the stock could rise 30% from here.
