Ion Overman is a beautiful actress known for her lead role in Tyler Perry’s Madea Goes To Jail In the film that MTO News reviewed, she plays a crooked lawyer trying to make a Women are sentenced to prison more often.
Well now it looks like she might be facing some jail time with her damn self!
MTO News has confirmed that Ion is among 19 actors and artists living in Atlanta who have been indicted for deceiving the government in PPP loans. The total amount of the fraud is believed to be more than $3 million.

The artists were all assisted by the same man in fraudulent loan applications. Once approved, they have to pay him a fee.
Unfortunately for Ion and the other actors, federal forces caught their alleged plot.
MTO News discovered that Ion’s family members took to social media, trying to collect the money that was supposed to be used for legal fees and bail.
Some of the others include: music producer Carlos “Clos” Stephens, who has worked with Master P and Little Romeo; actor Dale Godboldo, who starred in “The People v. OJ Simpson,” Thor and “The Year of the Dog”; and media personality Marvin Lewton, aka “Shadi Powers.”
