SAN JOSE, CALIF. — A former property lawyer advised jurors in Elizabeth Holmes’ criminal trial that he invested $6 million in Theranos after being launched to Holmes by ex-Secretary of State Henry Kissinger.
Daniel Mosley, who counted Kissinger as a consumer, took the stand on Tuesday in week 9 of the trial. He stated that he first heard of the blood-testing start-up in 2013 by Kissinger, who was certainly one of a number of high-profile former authorities officers on the Theranos board.
