Arthur Labinjo-Hughes: Did not hear Arthur’s voice said the children’s commissioner
A serious case review is underway following the death of 6-year-old Arthur Labinjo-Hughes, who was visited by social workers a few months before he was killed.
At the time, they found no reason to worry. The Children’s Commissioner, Dame Rachel de Souza, says the social care system needs to listen to children’s voices when considering cases.
