Alberta man charged in connection with Surrey, B.C. shootings
Expenses have been authorised towards an Alberta man in reference to a taking pictures in Surrey, B.C., RCMP mentioned Friday.
Two males have been injured within the taking pictures within the 8800-block of 140B Avenue on Sept. 23.
The victims have been taken to hospital with non-life-threatening accidents, RCMP Cpl. Vanessa Munn mentioned on the time of the taking pictures.
Munn mentioned one of many victims was a 23-year-old man identified to police who was beforehand shot in July
RCMP mentioned Travis Bowcock, 42, is in custody awaiting trial on prices of tried homicide, aggravated assault, and firearms prices. He additionally faces a cost referring to posing as a peace officer.
He was arrested on Oct. 13 for being in possession of a loaded firearm within the 18600-block of Fraser Freeway. He faces a number of prices associated to that incident.
RCMP mentioned they consider Bowcock, who’s from an space close to Grande Prairie, travelled from his dwelling in Alberta to commit the alleged crimes.
Police launched a photograph of Bowcock within the hopes of discovering extra data on each investigations.
