AFCON 2022 football matches today: Time, TV schedule, scores of matches in USA & Canada

The first group at the 2022 Africa Cup of Nations will make the final decision on Monday as hosts Cameroon and Burkina Faso progress to the Round of 16. All eyes will be on Group B and Group C on Tuesday.

Two 1-1 draws to close Group A mean nothing on the standings and Cameroon will advance as group winners with Burkina Faso finishing in second place. Cape Verde still has the opportunity to finish as one of the four best third-placed teams with 4 points on the table.

Burkina Faso actually finished on points with Cape Verde, but they won second place on the back of a 1–0 win over Cape Verde in the group stage match. The final Table A follows.

Ghana and Algeria are in danger of being eliminated if they cannot win their respective group finals. Mo Salah’s Egypt recovered from their opening defeat, while Sadio Mane and Senegal failed to impress, but they are still ready to run into the knockout stages.
