Actor Bob Saget, seen December 2021 in Los Angeles, has passed away at the age of 65.

Actor, comedian and director Bob Saget has died at the age of 65.
The Orange County Sheriff’s Office in Florida said deputies were called to the Ritz-Carlton in Orlando on Sunday after an unresponsive man was found in the hotel room.
“The man was identified as Robert Saget and was pronounced dead at the scene. Detectives found no signs of foul play or drug use in this case.” the sheriff’s office said.
Saget made a prominent appearance on American television screens throughout the 1990s as father Danny Tanner on Happy home and the owner of America’s Funniest Homepage Videos.
He is also the narrator on the show How I meet your Mother from 2005 to 2014 and reprising his role as Danny Tanner on the Netflix reboot Fuller House from 2016 to 2020. And Saget often plays herself or parodies herself in one-off or recurring roles in TV shows and movies.
Saget’s colleagues and friends poured praise on social media.
“I’m devastated. I’m in excruciating pain. I’m completely shocked. I’ll never have another friend like him. I love you so much Bobby” Written John Stamos, a Happy home costar.
Television producer Norman Lear speak Saget is a close friend who is “at the same time lovable as a human being and funny at the same time. And in my opinion, he’s hilarious.”

Saget has also been credited as a director, most notably his being the most beloved film. Dirty work since 1998 with Norm MacDonald.
His stand-up comedy is the opposite of his healthy on-screen personality
Saget is also a stand-up comedian, starting at the age of 17, he wrote in Memoirs 2014 Dirty dad. His jokes are said to be dirty – a stark contrast to Happy home the character’s benevolent and benevolent father.
“During my career, I have had the good fortune to work consistently in completely diverse creative worlds,” he wrote. “To this day, I’ve done some of the most family-friendly TV shows imaginable. Then, often on the same day, I go on stage to LA comedy clubs. and reeling with the joy of a teenager about my grandmother’s bullet diarrhea.”
Saget .’s 2014 comedy album That’s what I’m talking about was nominated for a Grammy.
Saget also support people dealing with scleroderma, a chronic autoimmune disease. His younger sister, Gay Saget, died of the disease at the age of 40.
In his memoir, Saget said jokes helped him cope with tragedy. And he offers up what could be his own farewell in the book’s introduction.
“That’s the point of living a fulfilling life, in the end you’ll learn a few things along the way,” he writes. “I’m not quite there yet, but I’ve had some incredible experiences. I’ve met and worked with some amazing people, I’ve lived, I’ve loved, I’ve cried… and gone through it. All in all, I did it my way.”
