Dubbed “Texas Leica” due to its sharp lens and enormous size, especially for rangefinders, the GW690 II is renowned for its huge negatives, versatility, and excellent image quality. . For reference, a 6×9 negative is six times larger than a 36x24mm full-frame negative, so you can easily see how much detail you can get when pairing it with a good lens.
