A beauty editor recreates three Laura Harrier makeup looks
I will always be a huge fan of the radiant, tanned look (and Harrier is their queen). With a quick glance at her Instagram page, you’ll see her endlessly glowing skin, lightly pinched cheeks, and simple eye makeup. I know that to recreate her seemingly perfect face, I will need to use a product that gives me coverage. and light. Enter: Rose Inc’s Best Seller colored serum.
I find that applying the serum directly to my face and then Polish with beauty blender works best for me. After applying concealer, I contour, then take a small amount of Rare Beauty’s Pinch liquid blush and by Charlotte Tilbury liquid blush onto my cheek. The look is completed with a quick coat of mascara and lipstick.
My end goal was to have a bronze ‘no makeup’ makeup look, but I’m not sure how successful I was. While I have tried to contour, the results are rather dismal. I was also quite disappointed in her attempt to recreate her beautiful lip color (I went too pink when I should have gone for a lighter brick red). It may have been due to the lack of golden hour lighting on my side, but unfortunately this look failed for me.
