It offers this camera for the casual user who wants to capture their precious moments with photographic quality without having to be a professional photographer. Kodak Brownie was perfect. As someone who rarely uses light meters, I can totally find myself using Polaroids back in the day. Today, when looking to buy an old medium format film camera, I will definitely buy a Polaroid back just to serve this function.

Your First Camera I wanted to put this on the list because a photographer’s first camera is always the most precious one. It could be a smartphone or it could be a Canon EOS300 (in my case). This early Canon camera made me the photographer I am today. It taught me the basics of photography, and it holds a dear place in my heart. No other camera feels as special as this one. It can be said that I would not be a photographer if that camera had not appeared in my life. Funny enough, I ruined my first Canon EOS300 by sticking my finger in the shutter. Then I bought an identical body and used the old one instead. The hot shoe on the Canon 5D Mark IV I got from the original EOS300. I still take out my old EOS300 to see when I feel nostalgic.
