Royal Canine low-fat soft food cans. Bought mine from the vet. It worked wonders for my little Tinkerbell. She also loves scrambled eggs with boiled chicken breasts. You simply coat a few eggs in a non-stick pan, with no oil or butter, then shred some cooked chicken breasts and add to the eggs. Tinkerbell just loves it. Do this as a treatment.

As an animal health professional, I would recommend gastrointestinal, dry and wet (canned) feed. Royal canine is usually the brand we recommend to our clients. Apply a small amount both dry and wet. It doesn’t matter if it’s dry food in the morning and canned food in the evening or vice versa. If you see blood in his stool and your dog is vomiting, chances are your little dog is also suffering from an allergy. Stop feeding your dog chicken food (especially human food) and talk to your veterinarian about it.

As we were struggling with my child, I found Dr. Harvey’s mix. It really looks good. It has a lot of vegetables, oats and you add extra protein. I like that because I can add meats he can tolerate and change it up so he doesn’t get tired of it. Joy (12 year old pet) has always given me a hard time with food… tired/bored or just picky but the last thing she is willing to eat is the solid gold toy, the little bison and brown rice.
