I’m going through a breakup. And no, not to my significant other—but to me high heel. After living in New York City for a year, I started to resent high heels despite how elegant and classy they are. As a 5’9″ tall editor who is on the go meeting designers, celebrities, and influencers at all-day events, my idea of comfortable footwear has changed. massively since my college days I can no longer spend the night in 3-inch high heels—stiletto heels—I’m happy to wear leather ballet apartment everywhere I go.
Be honest. Flat shoes are your friend in 2023. I believe high heels will destroy you foot, and the rest of my fashion editor friends agree. So if you don’t have a sure pair flat shoes, What you are doing? Whether they’re ballet shoes, riding boots or clogs, the shorter the better.
There is so much incredible luxury and affordable apartment selection out there and I don’t even remember the heel. If you’re thinking, “This is all well and good, but there’s no way apartment pair can compare with me go out high heels,” you should reconsider. I’ve also found replacements for those, and they’re all under $100. Win-win.
