Breville’s Infuser espresso machine is a solid mid-range machine. It’s built with Breville’s signature style and quality, feels solid, and doesn’t move easily when you use it. Plus, it includes a pressure gauge, crucial for dialing up your espresso—if the pressure is too high, your base is too tight or too smooth; if the pressure is too low, your foundation may be too coarse or not tight enough. It’s a great feature and I use it every day on other Breville machines.
