Currently, Malaysia has appeared CFMoto 450SR 2023 sports bike for RM28,888 excluding road tax, insurance and registration. Available immediately at all authorized CFMoto dealers, the 450SR comes in two color options – Black or White.

Equipped with a 450 cc liquid-cooled EFI parallel engine, the 450SR produces 49.6 hp at 9,500 rpm and 39 Nm of peak torque at 7,600 rpm. Equipped with twin balance shafts to reduce vibrations, the 450SR’s motor is developed and designed in-house by CFMoto.

Power is sent to the rear wheels via a six-speed gearbox equipped with a non-slip clutch and chain end drive. In terms of brakes, the 450R has four-piston Brembo brake calipers on the front wheel clamping a single 320 mm disc while the rear wheel has a single-piston caliper and 220 mm diameter disc with dual-channel ABS as standard.

The front suspension uses a non-adjustable 37 mm diameter upside-down fork while the rear suspension uses a preload adjustable single shock absorber. Rolling on 17-inch wheels front and rear, the 450SR uses 110/70 front and 150/60 rear CST tires.

Inside the cockpit is a TFT-LCD screen that connects Bluetooth to the driver’s smartphone and displays all the necessary information along with integrated 4G connectivity. This enables over-the-air firmware upgrades, anti-theft and security functions, and real-time vehicle information.

Fuel for the 450SR is contained in a 14-liter fuel tank while the seat height is set at 795 mm and the dimensions are 1,990 mm long x 735 mm wide x 1,130 mm high, respectively. The 450SR uses a mechanical throttle and this eliminates the convenience of riding modes while its closest competitor in Malaysia is the Kawasaki Ninja 400 SE ABS.
