Braking is done with single hydraulic discs at the front and rear, with four-piston radial calipers at the front and single-piston calipers at the rear while Bosch’s two-channel ABS with Supermoto mode is standard. with ABS when cornering.

The saddle height places the driver 824 mm above the ground with 13.7 liters of fuel carried in the tank and the Duke RC390 has a ground clearance of 158 mm. In addition, standard equipment is traction control along with full LED lighting including DRLs.
