The organizers of the World ShootOut underwater photography contest have announced 2021 contest winner, with the top prize — Best Picture of the Year — going to Hannah Le Leu from Australia. The contest is themed “Photos of your life”, encouraging participants to submit “the most beautiful and impressive underwater images, taken anytime, anywhere”.
