Why we love it: Summer begins to urge me to break out of my routine by trying new dishes inspired by exotic destinations. And while I don’t have Epic plan to travel All over Vietnam, (yet!) this bowl is my current go-to for remaking my favorite sandwich for a quick weeknight dinner that will take me around the world, in every taste.
