I don’t know about you, but lately I’ve been feeling like… “we made it!” Daylight saving time has occurred, and now it’s still bright and warm enough after daycare so I can take Oscar for a walk.
And that makes me feel like summer is just around the corner, which also means I can go ahead and start planning my Halloween costume.
Yes, I’m a jerk. I didn’t choose the spooky seasonal life; Life’s spooky season has chosen me.
Anyway, here are my 10 favorite things to do lately, and only one of them is related to Halloween (so you’re welcome).
Recently went to Palm Springs and talked about it in the last week podcast episode. Some of the things I bought before that trip were This travel backpack.
I love the rear strap that you can use to keep it upright on your suitcase handle. It has lots of useful little compartments (including a great place for a laptop). And I love this look too.
I also bought this affordable and cute Swimwear. I wear it by the pool to read sexy fairy book. 😉

Last month, when I was feeling pretty low, I bought this Halloween mug set. And when they came in the mail, it was the BEST and my husband said the same, “What? It’s February!” Laughs.
While in Palm Springs we went to a Big Bud Press store in person (I usually just buy them online) and it’s so cute!
If you have one near you or when you next travel, you should go. I own six pairs their overalls and love them very much.
I’m currently reading Paris apartment, took me a minute to join, but then I’m done! Love an interesting mystery.
I’m still haunted by UPPAbaby stroller. We’ve recently started using a front-facing attachment (instead of a car seat attachment) and Oscar loves it. He likes people watching, ha!
For me, this stroller is one of the best investments I’ve made, as far as baby gear goes.
A few weeks ago I bought a Great Jones Pan and have been using it a lot! I love it, and I think it might just be my favorite non-stick pan. We’re actually doing a review of a bunch of different brands of nonstick pans, so stay tuned.
This is spring / easter costume I won an Oscar, mostly because of the hat. Haha. We don’t necessarily have plans to celebrate anything, but I just love having a seasonal outfit to take him around the neighborhood. Those are the little things.
Incidentally, but I recently used up a bottle my favorite hairspray and buy another one. I realize that this is the third time I have purchased this exact bottle (it lasted a long time for me).
